Arya Stark, generally the most unanimously liked character despite the fact that her attitude is a constant "Everything is stupid except for violence." More shit happens to her than any other character though I'd have to say.

Also, that is the lowest hanging wanted poster ever. I like to pretend it is a wanted poster for child bounty hunters. It should be pretty obvious who it is.
